Awareness is the whole key to connecting. Just being aware that the connection is even possible is the very first step in learning how to make the connection. Whether we want to connect to source, our higher self, our angels and guides, or even our loved ones in spirit, we have to believe and know that this connection is real and really possible. Each and everything we experience in our perception can only take place within our own conscious awareness. If we have no frame of reference to make an association with something greater than ourselves, how could we connect to it in awareness? I know I am getting deep here, but I am trying to help you to start to think outside the box. Education is key, and paramount in expanding awareness in order to connect to higher levels of connection to our higher self. How can you connect to your own higher self if you aren’t even aware that your own higher self exists? It is all about self awareness and connection to that awareness that a higher self in you exists! If you look back you can probably acknowledge that there are many times in your life that you missed opportunities for spiritual growth simply because you were not open to the possibility of it even existing. Open your mind to expand your consciousness and you will be amazed at the amount of spiritual growth and evolution that is possible.
