happy birthday jacob!

Today my beautiful blue eyed boy would be turning twenty nine! Happy Birthday Jacob! You made me a Mom and being mother to you and Hannah has been my very best favorite part of being a human here, so thank you! But, being here without you surely hasn’t been easy. There are so many days when I wish I could go back in time to when you were still here with us. The beauty and the innocence of when you were a little boy brings me so much joy to reflect upon. Those truly were the very best years of my life. You were celebrating your fifth birthday in this picture. That is how I choose to remember you today. I will continue to honor you and remember you and love you endlessly. But in the meantime, please stay as close as you comfortably can, and continue to shower us with your amazing presence through the wonderful signs you send to all of us. We know you are a truly amazing, awesome soul with a powerful spirit and we are in awe of all the incredible ways you continue to show up for us. I hope you are having a wonderful birthday celebration on your side. We will be celebrating you with extra love and fun today on our side as well.
